  The service was booked for 15:00 hours . I arrived 15 minutes before at14:45. I was told 1 hour and 30 minutes to exchange 2 tires. The car comes in the garage at 15:20 . The mechanic chosen to do the job lost 20 minutes chatting with colleagues. 40 minutes passed and nothing was done. 1 hour and a half pass and the car still on the ramp. The tires have been replaced on the floor and no one is working in the car. another 15 minutes of chat between colleagues. With half 40 minutes of delay the car is ready THAT'S A T S EUROMASTER. As it is a company car I am obliged to come here. My personal car and I do not even walk in the door of this place.
